Burning Castle 2026 is a nordic-style LARP that explores the shadow self and inner child and the tensions between order and chaos.
Players will experience themes related to the effects of the passage of time, and how weaving emotions into spellcasting and magic rituals can bring you either to the brink of madness or help you find profound meaning in life.
The world we play is called the Myth and hosts two Realms: Elsemere and Sipio. Between them lies the void, a liminal space ruled by a tentacled god. The only safe way to travel between the two Realms is the portal of the Burning Castle.
At Burning Castle 2026, play is immersive, collaborative, and player-driven. We play to feel, to struggle, and to lift, rather than to win.
